    Within 24 hours you get a call invite or a written answer, whichever fits the question better. No autoresponder runaround.

  2. A 30-minute fit call

    You tell me what you are trying to fix. I tell you whether I am the right fit, or who I would send you to instead. No hard sell.

  3. Two weeks on the plan

    Day 1 is a 60-minute kickoff. Days 2 through 9 I map the workflows your AI work touches, from your system data and interviews with the people who do the work. $2,500 flat, paid before kickoff.

  4. The readout on day 10

    You get the workflow map, the 90-day sequence ranked by the handoffs each line removes, and the kill list. Then you decide whether to build. If you do, or keep me on, within 30 days, the full $2,500 comes off.
